1. Information We Collect
XahiPro.xyz is designed with a privacy-first approach. We do not require registration or login. The data you enter into our export tools (PDF, Excel, CSV, POS Receipt) is processed entirely inside your browser and is never transmitted to our servers. We may collect: (a) Contact form submissions — name, email, subject, and message — stored securely in Firebase to respond to your inquiry. (b) Anonymous usage statistics via Google Analytics — page views, country, and device type only. No personal identifiers are collected.
2. How Your Export Data is Handled
All data you enter into XahiPro tools is processed locally in your browser using JavaScript. This includes your product lists, customer names, pricing information, and any other data you type into our tools. This data is never sent to any server, never stored anywhere outside your browser, and is completely erased when you close the tab. We have no technical ability to access your export data.
3. Google AdSense & Advertising
XahiPro.xyz displays advertisements through Google AdSense. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on our site. Google's use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to our users based on their visit to XahiPro.xyz and other sites on the Internet. Users may opt out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the Google Ad and Content Network privacy policy at the following URL: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads. We do not share any of your personal data with advertisers.
4. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. Data collected is anonymous and includes: pages visited, time spent, country of origin, browser type, and device category. 5. Firebase (Google Cloud)
We use Google Firebase for: (a) Hosting our website securely. (b) Storing contact form submissions. Firebase data is stored on Google's secure cloud infrastructure and protected by industry-standard security practices. Contact form data is only accessed by XahiPro team members to respond to your inquiry.
6. Cookies
XahiPro uses the following types of cookies: Essential cookies required for the website to function. Google Analytics cookies for anonymous traffic analysis. Google AdSense cookies for ad serving. You can disable all cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling essential cookies may affect website functionality.
7. Children's Privacy
XahiPro.xyz is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent and believe your child has submitted personal information through our contact form, please contact us and we will delete it immediately.
